Wow! The staff here was by far the best experience we have had in any hotel by far! Friendly, happy, interactive and down to earth! Even gave a lil bday surprise to my grandson who turned 2 that day! We were staying to go to the zoo. Great people!

I didn’t like anything past the pictures posted on the site! I’m actually taking steps further than management on site due to insubordination. My room was infested with roaches and just overall janky. I left out in the middle of the night traveling with little ones what a hassle…. Receptionist gave me a hard time checking in and was inconsiderate for sure! They also have horrible communication skills and compassion for their jobs I do not recommend. I literally hate to leave such a honest review that’s not good but my experience was one of the worse they’ll never see me in any holiday inn again

The hotel was quiet and the rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was decent, parking was easy and seemed like a convenient location. Staff was always friendly! Minor wear and tear around the hotel (dings in the walls, paint chips, bathroom fixtures loose) with some TLC this place would be great! We had a nice stay overall.

Our stay was just ok. We arrived early and were told no check ins till 3pm. Which I understand but the gentleman at the front desk was rude about it. The shower was not clean at all. Long black hairs still in the shower. Had to search for a cleaning personal to get more towels. They only had 2 bath towels for a standard 2 queen bed room. I also think the $150 deposit on the room was a bit much and we haven’t gotten that back yet.

The room was not thst clean. Haurs in the shower, diarrhea splashes on the floor next to the toilet. All of the flat surfsces had marks from glasses, and they were sticky. I always stay at Holiday Inn, but this was brliw standards.
