My first room was as if I was sleeping above a smoke pit (4TH FL RM 415), but I was supposed to be in a non smoking room. I got in very late and was exhausted and got little to no sleep due to getting a migraine from the smell of smoke, which I didn't notice at first. I work 12HR days and so night two was just as worse with the smell of smoke continuing. I went to the front desk to ask for another room because of the smell and they said they could not do anything until the day shift management came in. Day 2 (WED) going into night 3, I get a call to change rooms (4TH FL RM 414). Smell was 100% better and it was also a quieter room; However, I noticed after I switched room that there were no towels in the room. Also, the fridge was frozen over and freezer burnt my left overs. The rooms were not that appealing so something for me to remember when looking at the lower priced rooms, but I needed lodging due to my floors being redone from the Milwaukee floods for where I was staying. It was a pretty tiring week, with little to no sleep and a unpleasant stay overall. I have the pictures as well. Next time I will just have to eat the expense.

Even though the place got no smoking posted all over... there is smell of marijuana throughout the hotel floor where we stayed. There were cockroach as well in our room on the second floor. This place has gone downhill.

Check in was ok. Room was stuffy, toilet wouldn’t flush properly; mattress was STAINED, bed horrible, refrigerator would not get cold, air dud not work but heat worked. Was awaken out of my sleep at 12:38 am by loud music that lasted over 45 minutes!

The only thing ok with the hotel, was the pool. And that even wasn’t even ok cause it was too much bleach in there. The kids and I didn’t even stay overnight. We slept at home, cause the rooms had dead and alive bugs in there. The bathrooms didn’t look up to par. 10/10 would NOT recommend. And when I mentioned it to staff, they brushed it off. Didn’t try to accommodate the stay or nothing. Just said, “those bugs come out during this time, there’s nothing they can do.”
