The staff was nice but the technology they use seems slow. Check in via digital and in person seemed slow. Our room was in good shape but one of the beds had a badly stained sheet. The auto text asked me for feedback so I replied with this and never heard back. Later in the night the front desk staff was helpful with new sheets.

Very reasonably priced accommodations in convenient location -- nice that it includes breakfast as well. Kindof a sketchy neighborhood, but I was fine with simply going to my room upon arrival and returning to my car upon check out.

The King room was clean and sufficient in size; there was a quarter inch hole in bathroom door that I alerted front desk about so I wasn’t blamed- told they were aware; I could not get any movie channels on the TV which was a bummer; I called front desk but was no help-she was to check with other staff & call back, but didn’t. Breakfast was just ok- eggs were cold/sausage patties looked disgusting; no tea options other than Lipton; only bananas as fresh fruit; no wheat or 9 grain bread for toast; no half/half for coffee.

I don’t spend the nite in there I want my refund,(first room) toilet overflow and shower dirty,) (second room) at soon we enter kaka rushes on the floor I have to kill it of from service hotel person. (Third room )the they offered to us smell so bad
