During my time at the clarion the hospitality was poor. upon checking in we were meet with Max who was extremely rude. We booked a 2 queen bed room and thought everything was fine. we were handed our key and headed to the room. we make it to the room to find out it’s only a one bed room. mind you it’s three adults and a one year old child. there was no way we were going to be able to make that work. I expressed this to Max to only be handled without respect. he made a comment indicating “ there was nothing they can do” and “you get what you get”. it wasn’t until we began to get upset and continuously showing proof of having the 2 bed room that he finally gave it to us. like why are we begging you for a room we already payed for and booked prior, which he already seen on his end originally. Our keys didn’t work and we kept having to go back to the front desk. all of this moving and attitude was blasphemy. It’s really unfortunate. This happened. I have been too many hotels in my life and I’ve never been treated like this ever. staff at clarion do better
