The WiFi was nonexistent and all the rules posted everywhere make you feel like walking on eggshells, one even said no garbage bags allowed. The knob in the shower fell off. The table looked like someone started to eat it

Staff was unaware of their own policies. Forced me out of room before checkout, refused to allow me to go back to room after I paid for another two nights. Told me to leave the property until 3 until I would be technically a guest again. Water pressure in room made the faucet unusable. No heat, temp never got about 65. Remotes didn't work so I couldn't watch TV. Pubic hair on bedsheets and food all over the floor. Rezzi was helpful but the rest of the staff was completely unhelpful, rude and lazy. Cheap though; so you get what you pay for?

The GM at the Motel 6 Oak Creek is Incredible/ Remarkable to ALL of her Guests. Ive observed Her Hospitality Gift to Brings and is, from what Ive seen, the BEST in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY BY FAR. While other GM’s are stand-offish & Rude, this GM at Motel 6 Oak Creek is Tops as far as I’m concerned❤️
