Very nice property. I had a King suite. Gave me a great space to work away from the bedroom. The hot tub pool area was full of children. So I didnt get to enjoy it.

Friendly and a lil musty but tolerable :)

Great pool very clean. Everyone was friendly and easy to get help from they were very quick to get our room clean. The room did have a stinky smell and we had to open a window and turn on the fans but after some time you get used to it and its not that bad.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Elevator was down while we were there so they put us on a lower floor. Breakfast was basic but good.

The elevator was broken which I understand happens but inconvenient. However, I stayed multiple days and was never told that housekeeping would just never come by unless requested. Also, the shower was slippery and my two year old fell and hit her head.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The elevator was not working but not a big deal. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was a great perk. Our driver was a bit rude but did apologize after.

Excellent stay for the money! Room was extra big with plenty of comfy pillows in each bed. The man working the front desk offered me a free beer when we arrived! The only issue was the elevator was not functioning but I understand these things happen. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast but again, very nice for the price! Definitely stay again :)

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The heating and air conditioning unit was extremely loud in our room. Made it difficult to sleep. I needed to run it in order to keep the room cool. The breakfast food was terribly cheap. I hate to throw out food and drink but I did this time. Only thing I ate was the Activia yogurt and clementine. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The facility and grounds were nice. Milwaukee had just flooded and we were placed on the 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage up the steps because the elevator was out of service. A bit disappointing but understandable. Overall a nice location but I wouldn’t plan on eating the breakfast.

We had an overall okay stay here. There were restaurants not too far away. Our room was big and felt more like a small one bedroom apartment than just a room with a door between the bedroom and the living room which was nice. There was free breakfast, a pool and a gaming room - we didn't try these out, but still felt it was a nice addition. The building felt a bit outdated, though, and the room wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be. My husband found a hair in the bathroom, I found what I think was nail clippings by the night stand and there was a big stain close to the bed. It took us a while to notice these things as it wasn't too obvious (except for the stain by the bed), but either way I would have appreciated the cleaning staff to do a deeper cleaning between guests. Our comforter also had a small hole in it that had been sewn together. Other than these things the hotel seemed good overall, though.
