The apartment sleeps two with a comfy queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- Alternate side street parking: on even-numbered days park on the side of the street with even house numbers, on odd-numbered days park on the side of street with odd house numbers
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Jackson St and Jefferson St (south of Chicago St only); also allowed on Buffalo St and Menomonee St
- Free street parking spaces are available directly outside the building, with 2-hour time limits from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. - We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee

5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
