Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. Failure to properly dispose of trash, leaving loose trash in outdoor bins, or leaving litter around the property may result in an additional fine of up to $100.

Linens & Towels
Please treat all linens and towels with care. Stained or damaged items may result in replacement charges.

If linens or towels are heavily stained or excessively damaged, and it appears the house rules were not respected, an additional fine of up to $200 may be charged.

Barbecue Grill
You are welcome to use the barbecue grill during your stay. We simply ask that you clean it after use.

If the grill is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be charged after checkout based on its condition. If it is cleaned properly, no additional charge may apply.

Subleasing this unit is strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
