Located on the ground floor of a small residence consisting of 5 apartments, this 48 m2 apartment is refurbished. It consists of a large bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and a bed of 80 which can be transformed into a bed of 160, a bathroom with shower and vanity unit, an independent WC, a large living room with fitted kitchen, a central island fitted out to take meals in the cool season and a lounge equipped with a large TV and a 3-seater convertible sofa "rapido" with a bed in 160. Electric heating. This apartment overlooks a private terrace of 30m2 including 20m2 covered allowing to take 100% of meals outside during the entire period from May to the end of October and a 400 m2 garden fenced and secure for young children. It is located approximately 60 m from a supervised beach, 300 m from the village center with numerous restaurants and nightly entertainment from June to the end of September; 300m from the state forest of the moors; direct access to numerous cycle paths allowing you to get there by bike to Arcachon or Bayonne. Private charcoal barbecue available on the terrace.

Un super sejour chez mr Edmond, le logement est vraiment au top, super bien équipé, tout y est et pour clore le tout l’emplacement est idéal, tres près de la plage et un tout petit peu retiré du centre, le calme. Tout est accessible à pieds ce qui est vraiment super. Le propriétaire est tres courtois et accessible. Je recommande vivement le logement de mr Edmond et je pense que nous reviendrons.

Location idéale pour passer un super séjour , l' appartement est super bien équipé intérieur comme extérieur, cocooning, chaleureux... Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison avec l' océan en prime A quelques pas de la plage , le rêve quand il y a des enfants et tous les sacs à porter , et à quelques pas du village où nous avons tous les jours fais notre petit tour !! Les hôtes sont très gentils , chaleureux , prévoyants , nous avions des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, quelle agréable surprise avec cette canicule Je recommande les yeux fermés ces hôtes et cet appartement, vous passerez de superbes vacances !

We had a nice stay however the description of the property weren't right. No seaview (in fact landward facing towards a backyard of another house with parking) Linens are kot supplied (also in contradiction with the description) After some rain we had water in the bedroom (not through the window). A vit moist.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr schön. Die Matratzen in den Betten waren leider viel zu hart. Es fehlen leider vernünftige Möbel auf der Terrasse. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.

Fantastischer Urlaub am Atlantik

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer super Lage zum Strand, zu Fuß nur zwei Minuten, und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sie ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Garten gibt es einen Grill und eine Plancha, in der Küche ist vom Toaster bis zur Nespressomaschine ebenso wie ausreichend Geschirr alles vorhanden. Die Korrespondenz mit dem freundlichen Vermieter sowie der Check in und der von uns gewünschte frühe Check out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Aus beruflichen Gründen waren wir auf WiFi angewiesen. Somit war für uns der einzige Nachteil, dass der Vermieter erst auf Nachfrage vor Ankunft mitgeteilt hat, dass das WiFi seit Längerem nicht funktioniert, obwohl es in der Anzeige als vorhanden angegeben war. Ansonsten können wir die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Lage zum Strand, freundlicher Kontakt, jedoch funktionierte das WLAN nicht in der Wohnung während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts. Falls man das braucht, müsste man das am besten vorher mit dem Vermieter klären. Ansonsten alles was man braucht für einen entspannten Urlaub.
