TrÚs agréable séjour

L'emplacement est idéal pour garer la voiture et tout faire à pied ou à vélo. Au bout de la rue la plage et l'école de surf. L'emplacement est calme et ensoleillé. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et spacieux. Merci à nos hÎtes.

Schade dass man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann!

Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise war alles nur perfekt. Wir haben 2 fantastische Wochen in diesem Traumhaus verbracht. Diesem Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. In Wirklichkeit ist das Haus eigentlich schöner als es die Bilder im Inserat wiedergeben. Herr Cassagne ist ein ĂŒberaus freundlicher, liebenswerter und fĂŒrsorglicher Vermieter. Der Komfort des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich: Klimaanlage, elektr. RollĂ€den, perfekt ausgestattete KĂŒche, großzĂŒgiger Wohn- Essbereich, 2 ParkplĂ€tze direkt vor der HaustĂŒr etc. Ich kann gar nicht alles aufzĂ€hlen. Dazu noch die Lage: 100 Meter zum Strand, auf den beiden Balkonen hat man von morgens bis abends Sonnenschein. Was uns ganz besonders gut gefallen hat war die geschmackvolle Dekoration des Hauses und die lichtdurchfluteten RĂ€ume. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Cassagne fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft und den perfekten Ablauf unseres Urlaubes von der Buchung bis zur Abreise. Von uns 5 Sterne +++++

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Mimizan. La maison est idĂ©alement placĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage. Le logement est propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. La literie est trĂšs bonne. Wunderbare Ferien

Wir haben drei wunderbareFerien in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ließen keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die kurze Entfernung zum Strand und ins Stādtchen sind unschlagbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom 1. bis zum letzten Tag genossen.

Klasse Urlaub in Mimizan-Plage

Ein tolles Ferienhaus direkt am Strand (200m), schöne Ausstattung, ideal fĂŒr 2-4 Personen, sauberer und großer Strand, tolle Wellen, nette Vermieter, die sich kĂŒmmern wenn es mal nötig ist. Insgesamt hat Mimizan-Plage einen gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen, außerdem gibt es schöne Radwege fĂŒr ausgiebige Radltouren. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Tolle neue Wohnung in direkter NÀhe zum wunderschönen Strand

Die Wohnung ist neu und minimalistisch eingerichtet, was uns sehr gut gefĂ€llt. Auch die Aufteilung hat uns gefallen. Wohnzimmer und KĂŒche sowie WC befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad im OG. Das WC oben befindet sich in einem Extra Raum, die BĂ€der haben kein WC. Das fanden wir ungewohnt, war aber in Ordnung. Es befinden sich Balkone bzw. Terrasse auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung. Das ist sehr praktisch, da man sich je nach Sonnenstand auf die entsprechende Seite setzen kann. Einen Garten gibt es nicht. Ganz wunderbar ist die direkt NĂ€he zum Strand. Man muss nur 20 Meter, vielleicht auch 40 oder 50, die Straße hinaufgehen und schon befindet man sich auf der DĂŒne und kann auf das Meer blicken. Hier ist auch eine Dusche installiert, so dass man sich nach dem Schwimmen abduschen kann. Eine Holztreppe fĂŒhrt hinunter zum Meer. Am Strand ist rechtsseitig ein kleines Lokal mit einigen Gerichten und GetrĂ€nken sowie einladenden Verweilmöglichkeiten. Wir fanden es super und kommen gerne wieder.
