Il est constitué d'une entrée avec placard, d'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon parfaitement équipée: frigo-congélateur, four pyrolyse , cafetiÚre Dolce Gusto ,four micro-onde, bouilloire et 3 feux induction pour partager des moments en famille en toute sécurité; un lave-vaisselle standard 14 couverts termine cet ensemble.
Cet appartement joliment aménagé a le confort et le cosy pour des longs séjours tant pour les loisirs que pour vos sessions business (prises USB A et C dans la chambre et la cuisine avec WIFI).
Le salon est composé d'un canapé lit avec latte en bois de 140x190 avec matelas épais 18/21 cm d'un TV avec PS4.
La chambre se compose d'un lit à 160x200 (matelas bultex de 18 CM) et deux chevets ,elle comprend une salle d'eau et douche à l'italienne composée d'un toilette, machine à laver de 8KG, 1 lavabo avec rangements et étagÚres.
Une terrasse exposée ouest avec store d'environ 9 m2 pour profiter des soirées landaises ,salon et table de jardin de 4 personnes pour vous détendre entre amis ou famille surplombe la vue sur le jardin, sont à votre disposition
