Proche de l'océan !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'appartement est à quelques pas de l'océan, même avec vue sur l'océan depuis le grand balcon ! Accueil très sympa.

Fantastic location, great apartment

Great size for 4 people, 1 min walk from the beach and less than 10 mins to shops & restaurants. Very clean and well stocked kitchen! Would definitely come back!

Beach Holiday

Second time in this property, and just as good as last time. Friendly and helpful host, who was very flexible with chaninging arrival time due to unforeseen delays. Lovely south facing balcony, bright and airy apartment. Everything worked well, including the dishwasher. Beds comfy, and lots of towels. Steps from the beach and a short walk to loads of restaurants, bars and shops. The perfect place for a family beach holiday.

Perfect Seaside Break

Lovely apartment, well equipped and clean. Great balcony facing south and with a view of the sea. When we ate in, we had every meal outside! Nice town, with some nice restaurants, and lovely sandy beaches. Helpful and friendly host. We would stay again if in Mimizan.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Wifi. Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw Das beste aber ist die Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag auf dem traumhaften und sehr großen Balkon mit Meerblick gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach nur ein Traum. Einfach nur außergewöhnlich.

Top Lage, schöne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionsfähig. Hatten 1 sehr schöne Woche direkt am Meer!

Großartig, soweit der Wind nicht von Osten kommt

Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht, herrlich nah am Strand und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings hat der ganze Ort ein Problem: Wenn der Wind von Osten kommt (dies passiert bei Hochdrucklage häufiger nachts) kommt von der Papierfabrik in Mimizan ein bestialischer Gestank, so dass man kein Fenster öffnen kann. Wenn dann mit zunehmender Tageswärme (ca. ab 10:00) wieder der Wind dreht, kann man wieder aus der Wohnung. Schade für den Ort. Wenn die Fabrik eines Tages Filter einsetzt oder dicht macht, wird es dort traumhaft.

Location au calme et bien située

Location au top. Très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Très bonne literie et appartement très propre avec une propriétaire très agréable et souriante. Cet appartement est très bien situé, à l'extérieur de la vie des bars et touristes, donc au calme mais en a peine 10mn à pied on est sur la place du marché. Très belle terrasse également. Bref rien à retenir simplement l'envie d'y revenir

Perfect beach stay

We had an excellent few days by the beach. The apartment is clean and literally a stone's throw from the beautiful south beach. I would highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back.

Conforme à l'annonce, appartement extrêmement bien situé à 2 pas de la plage, dans une rue plutôt tranquille (en octobre). Egalement à qqs pas du centre et des commerces et restos. Très fonctionnel, bien équipé et avec une super vue sur l'océan depuis la terrasse. La propriétaire a été charmante tant à l'accueil qu'au départ (et arrangeante, merci) Seul bémol en ce qui nous concerne, une literie trop molle, mais c'est une affaire de goût ... Sehr zufrieden

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage für uns traumhaft: ruhig, zwei Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und zugleich auch das Zentrum mit Markthalle und Restaurants in Fußweite. Wunderbar weitläufiger Strand. Unkomplizierter Kontakt zur freundlichen Vermieterin. Den Geruch der Papierfabrik bei (seltenem) Ostwind erlebten auch wir als unangenehm, die meiste Zeit kam der Wind jedoch vom Meer und am Strand hat man ihn ohnehin nicht gerochen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
