3-room terraced house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, mini-oven, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (filtre) extra). Shower, sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Bon emplacement

La maison est vieillotte et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. La promiscuité avec les voisins ne serait pas un problème si les gens étaient respectueux. L'emplacement est idéal. Maison suffisante pour des vacances en famille.

La location du bruit

Les murs sont tellement épais que nous avons vécu 4 jours avec nos voisins...impossible de se reposer et dormir avant 2 heures du matin... Couettes épaisses comme du papier à cigarette. Sans parler des fuites d eau dans la salle de bain et des fourmis . Sejour en mi mai,début de saison,ce doit être encore pire en été.

Logement très bien placé à deux pas des plages et des commerces et restaurants de Mimizan plage. Aucune intimité vis à vis des voisins, ce qui nous a valu de ne pas très bien y dormir. Equipements sommaires, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de machine à laver. Ne vous fiez pas au guide de Interhome qui vous indique des places de parking qui n'en sont pas et qui nous ont valu des contraventions ! Il devient alors très difficile de se garer dans ce secteur très fréquenté... Bon accueil de Interhome.

Appartement très agréable calme spacieux pratique...

Appartement qui a toutes les qualités requises pour passer une ou plusieurs semaines de vacances...malgré la décoration vieillote. Je le conseille fortement...de plus on est près de tous..à quelques minutes à pieds.super
