The residence is ideally located in the heart of Mimizan-Plage with its studio for 3 people, 25 m², small pets are accepted.
The accommodations are independent, on the ground floor with terrace and garden. They are both quiet because isolated like a Patio and have two accesses, one of which overlooks the central beach or the cycle paths and the other on the shopping street and its restaurants. You have private, secure and isolated parking with an automated gate.
Once there, you can do everything on foot or by bike, or go directly to the beach or go shopping in 20 seconds while simply enjoying the terrace and the outdoor garden of the residence to stay calm and relax.

Sheets and towels are provided, wifi connection, a flat screen TV, a double bed and a single bed made on arrival, a kitchenette with table-top fridge, domino electric hob and crockery kit, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, microwave, a bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer and toilet, a combined washing machine / dryer, an outdoor terrace with table and chairs.
