The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Take trash to the Wares Crossroads dumpsters (5102–5118 Zachary Taylor Hwy. If you’re unable to go, please leave bagged trash in the garage.
If any furniture was moved return to original location make sure the hot tub is set to 98°F covered and secured.If kayaks or any other lake gear was used, please return them to there storage areas.
Please turn off all lights and electronic devices, and sign out of all streaming services Lock all doors except the door from house to garage and exit through the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, which does not cover any damages. NO CATS
