Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all used & unused towels and sheets and place them inside the separate linen bags and put by the side door. Leave comforters on the beds.
Please gather all trash from kitchen and bathrooms and put in the outside collection bins by the garage. Trash is collected on Thursdays.
Make sure all doors are locked and exit through the side entrance by hitting the lock button on the keypad as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep.The living areas were just as impressive, with plenty of comfortable seating options for everyone to relax, chat, or watch a movie together. It really felt like a home away from home.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

The amenities of this house were amazing. It’s extremely spacious with a lot of different areas to hang out and congregate with bigger groups. I especially enjoyed the lake views from the sun room and strolling down to the dock. Added bonus: it’s pet friendly which is always appreciated. The kitchen also came with a lot of appliances and the beds were very comfortable. I had to work remotely for a few days and the fast internet was great for that. Will definitely rent again.
