The biggest issue is our room had a door whose mechanics did not work. It blocked it from closing.The only way to get it closed was to slam it hard which was incredibly loud and kept bothering neighbors. Rooms are small. Only one small elevator made for huge waits during peak Times. Breakfast was passable.

I wasn't able to get front counter young mans name but when asked if there were towels avaliable in pool he said he just placed more and when we were swimming he brought even more. He was very attentive to the amount of people that was going into the pool area. Thank you young man greatly appreciated

Multiple flies/bugs, appliances severely outdated, musky odor permeated through the halls. Dimly lit, feels unwelcoming. I feel mislead from the online representations made. Upon check in, I immediately departed and booked elsewhere. Very dissatisfied with my short stay.

Lipstick on a pig! They tried to renovate but place is still really rough. The room was clean, for sure but the walk in shower had nasty stains around the bottom edges. This place is loud - LOTS of slamming doors. While in my room I could hear others talking and their music. Not sure who designed the layout of this room but when the door was open (even a little) the entire room was visible from the hall... including anyone who might have been in bed! There was no buffer - full on open room see from anyone in the hall. I almost didn't stay in the room. The pool was bath-water-warm and the hot tub was tepid at best. I had concerns about the water quality. $153 per night, NOPE! Not worth it.
