The hot tub wasn’t super hot and the jets seemed to be blowing air not water so they were loud. We had to wait 5 minutes at the front desk (I eventually called) so we could check in. The clerk was friendly, probably super busy /!; understaffed. The bed seemed to have broken springs so it was a little uncomfortable. There was a little bit of black mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom, but otherwise, the room was pretty clean and the room was super spacious. Wish we would’ve had a rollout court option. We booked a king suite and it has a pullout couch but my kids don’t want to sleep together on the couch :)

I liked how big our room was. The staff was nice. Breakfast had waffles, yogurt, juice, bagels, cereal, honey buns, oatmeal packets. Coffee was really strong and the syrup machine was dripping everywhere. Our room had the carpet seam coming apart, a leaky faucet if you weren't strong enough to turn it all the way and the toilet paper holder looked like it wanted to fall out of the wall. The bed was springy, personally not my style but my bf thought it was comfy. Overall I did like the stay and didn't really care about broken things too much.
