Overall was a good stay, TV remote didn’t work and when I informed the front desk I was told 5 minutes. 25 minutes later I walked down to get e new remote. To be fair though, they did have 3 check-ins at that time. The shower curtain wall mount was starting to crumble, making the curtain itself wanting to slide to one side and not full enclosing the shower. I think my room was or had been used by smokers cause there was a distinct cigarette smell in there. Aside from those few things, the stay was actually okay. I slept good, bed was a tad lumpy but I nit-pick. I was curious why there was only a comforter and no other sheets. Worked out for me because I’m a hot sleeper. I did like the windows could be opened which other places don’t. The parking lot was very well lit, giving a nice sense of security. The staff were all very friendly and nice. I would stay there again.

The breakfast sucked! The one in BC offers eggs and turkey bacon! They had no extra blankets or sheets for both nights I stayed! However my room 307 with the jacuzzi suite was wonderful for the price! The water was hot the jets worked! My kids had a blast!

Our room the curtain had a cigarette burn on the one panel. The bath tub on the bottom the paint or whatever it’s called was worn. There were fake eye lashes in our bed. We went swimming the hot tub was not very hot all all. We went shopping at mall of America came back to our room and as soon as we walked in the hotel you could smell that weed was being smoked the farther down the hall we got the worse it was which was making the 3 of us sick feeling. We packed up checked out and the front desk wouldn’t even honor a refund for one night. Said he found the room it was coming from but he couldn’t do anything about it as the room didn’t smell like weed. Um okay if you found the room then how does it not smell like weed when the hallway smelt so bad. He didn’t have an answer for me.
