Great staff at a "just ok" hotel

It was an ok stay, nothing horrible but nothing amazing. The lady at the front desk and the cook for breakfast were both super sweet and did their job well. You can tell this hotel is getting run down no matter what they're doing to try to keep it nice. The hair dryer in our bathroom was falling off the wall and was literally holding on by half of a screw still in the wall. Breakfast food wasnt bad but our entire family didnt like the sausage. It does have a decent size pool, 2 hot tubs and a small arcade. Overall its just ok.

The hotel staff was super friendly and nice! We got conjoined rooms which was nice! My kids loved the pool. The hot tub was amazing! Would stay here again

This hotel could be a gold mine but unfortunately it is ran down and becoming unusable. Not only building but also could use and employee facelift. Poor service all the way around.

Staff was nice but the rooms are extremely old and needs to be updated. Poor water pressure and really loud bathroom fan. Found box elder bugs in the sliding door area that had not been cleaned up and one ended up on my bed.

The property double charged for the room. It took nearly 2 weeks for it to show back up as a credit on my account. The lady at the front desk recommended a taxi service when we asked for a shuttle. Said it was their buddies and was called affordable taxi. They told us it was increased rates due to the holiday and they were charging us $30 for a four minute ride our Uber back was eight dollars. The following morning, we went down to the pool area, which was slightly dirty. Which is understandable because there was a ton of kids staying since it was New Year’s Eve night. When we went back to our room in our swimsuits, our door would not open. I had to go down to the reception area three times to finally get help opening it. Was such a horrible day and we had such high hopes for a good night.
