Facility itself was decent. Stayed in a suite and things were clean, but the tub/shower was damaged and unsightly. Most of the front desk staff was decent, but one guy in particular was extremely rude and answered the phone completely unprofessionally, and treated guests as nuisances, i notified management, and was basically completely blown off on the plus side, the airport shuttle was nice, the driver was great. All in all, i would give the hotel itself a 7/10, but the service only a 5/10.

Overall the hotel was nice. But they really need to work on/ enforce a quiet hour! There were kids running up and down the halls yelling and there parents yelling at them all hour of the night.

I booked at 3:05pm, arrived at about 4:50pm. Upon arriving we went to our room got the kids changed and took them down to the pool. It was -12 degrees out Saturday. The kiddy pool heat was broken and it appeared as if the buildings heat was broken as well. The hallways, pool area and everywhere else was extremely cold as if we were outside. We decided to not stay and I was letting them know why and its like they wanted to argue with me. She sent out messages at 2pm I booked a room after 2pm, I didn't deny the messages being sent but I never received anything about heat. Otherwise that wouldn't have been a choice of mines.
