Never will stay again

The room smelled funny when first entering. Had to buy an air freshener. Was not told that parking was not included and had to go through third party to set up. And had to pay them a fee. The restaurant in the hotel would say things were free part of meal and then charged us an amount. We will never choose this hotel when visiting Minneapolis again.

Everything went well for our first stay. Across from theall which was walking distance. Only thing that got me was the pay for parking which to me sh is uld be free especially if I'm paying for a room. Other then that it was a good time for my daughter sweet sixteen. The king executive suite was very clean and spacious.

Bathtub/shower did not drain, the included "hot breakfast" was a bag to go filled with processed high sugar prepackaged muffins and granola bars. They did not make up our room. Hair dryer didn't work and bathroom door didn't close all the way.

The stay was OK. Not clean around the pool. Room wasn’t vacuumed prior to our arrival. The “breakfast” was a grab bag with yogurt and a muffin. Tons of parking around the building on this cul-de-sac - that you have to pay for. It is a good price, and a place to rest. But the attention to cleaning and extra cost of parking in the wide open lot were irritating.

Surprise parking fee

Excellent stay, but surprised by $10 per night parking fee. The fee isn’t added to your bill. You have to pay online at check in which made the check in process longer.
