Breakfast needs a upgrade, all you get it toast, cereal and coffee with powered creamer..does not say if it is decaf or not. Really disappointing. Dirty bathroom had hair in tub. BEDS were super uncomfortable they need new mattresses.

Security into the bldg lock was broke. Shower was very slippery, the handle fell off sink faucet. The tv remote was broke. Staff reset the tv and worked for five min. Then you could not change the channels. The heater to keep the room warm was stuck on 73 plus the only way to cool off the room is shut it off. When it got cold I turned it on all night it was an on again off again!

Gap in bottom of door so you could hear everything going on in peoples rooms, floor was un even, points of entry were not secured. Breakfast was slim, toast, frozen waffles, coffee and juice. Some fruit, yogurt, dry cereal and milk would have been nice. Room and staff were nice and friendly.

Clogged tub drain, living room fan was taped and clipped to ceiling, unsafe and missing windows, fridge frosted over, microwave knobs broke, missing all bathroom fixtures.
