Yes. But we has a hard time getting down with elevator. It was stuck for about 10mn and we used the stairs which were not sanitary, no light and the smell. Besides the A.C was too loud

My dinner was delivered to the front desk. My room number was on the outside of both bags. Not one phone call. And then when I asked them about that, they said it's not their job I mentioned. Are you not in the hospitality business? Where they continued to argue with me. I was checking on my booking. Just to make sure because I'm old. It was 215I wasn't checking in. They were upset. I tried to explain. I'm just making sure you got confirmation that I have a room. And they said, it's $20 to check-in now. Again, attitude, angry unhospitable. I should have pulled it and went somewhere else
