There were several amenities, stores, restaurants, etc. within walking distance of the hotel. The only down side is if you have a floor level room, there is a chance of noise coming from outside. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Conveniently located, has a back lot that offers free parking which is hard to find in downtown Minneapolis. Most downtown hotels have you park in a ramp next door which can cost $30-$40 per 24 hours. The lot was a little sketchy, but I parked near the building and had no issues there. No pool or free breakfast, but there's a nice bar in the lobby and breakfast is available per menu, looks good. Staff are very nice, and the room was wonderful- all the amenities you'd expect.

Unfortunately we had 2 gentlemen arguing outside the building below our room at 5 am & they woke us up. Would avoid a street side room if I stayed there again

I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was some initial confusion with the booking and they were professional leading to a hassle free resolved issued. Cleaning service was also very nice. The shower was phenomenal and the room was spotless even with an unexpected arrival.

Modern

Very clean, modern hotel. Walking distance to downtown, easy walk at that. Would recommend staying if you are going to a Twins or Timberwolves game. Also in walking distance to the light rail to go out to St. Paul .

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Minneapolis, close to the twins & target center; within 3 blocks. There are so many great restaurants/bars all around that area; all in walking distance. The front desk staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The one gentleman (asst. mgr) is fantastic! So welcoming!!
