Extremely nice staff, super clean room and I didn’t even have to touch the AC in the two nights I was there. That’s saying a lot because I typically turn the AC to 60 degrees first thing upon arriving at hotels. Bar staff was super helpful and friendly as well, couldn’t have asked for a better experience and this is where I’ll be staying from now on when I travel to Minneapolis

My stay was great, super clean room, very welcoming service staff and the security guard was amazing. When my friend and I got back to our room after a night out we ordered DoorDash. I went downstairs by myself to go get it and the security guard actually offered to come out with me, I felt 10 times safer. Overall my stay was super great. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was generally very comfortable: nice, clean room; good heating/cooling; spacious room and bathroom; very nice staff at reception and at the bar. I would stay here agin! Things that made me rate it "good" and not "excellent": On the first day, the housekeeping crew did a half-hearted job; I hun up my towel on purpose so as not to have a clean one, but I found a clean one anyway; it is a drag to have to re-enter my password for the wifi twice per day. Surely there is a way to make it so that guests just do it once per stay as other hotels do.

Housekeeping was insufficient and haphazzard at best. Random phone calls from front desk for no reason at 5 am. Upcharges for late chexk out,breakfast and anything else they can add in. Would not recommend and wont be staying there again.

The bar in the main lobby is really nice. Love the options. My room was very nice and clean. Loves that the elevator requires the use of your room key which adds a layer of security making me feel even more safe to stay. Convenient location downtown to all the cool spots. Wonderful short and sweet stay!
