While the fellow who did the check-in was knowledgeable and friendly, it would have helped if there were two people taking care of the front desk at 5 pm on a Friday night. The interior of the building was clearly aged and not well maintained. The room and bathroom were clean and adequate though there were absolutely no USB jacks to be found except one on the phone which did not work since the phone had no 120 volt power adapter connected. There was no map in the room of where to find things like the exercise room, pool or breakfast area. It was EXTREMELY cold this day and night, in the teens below zero. There was no hot water on Saturday morning, according to the guy at the front desk it appeared the boiler gas was not keeping lit or something to that effect. There was no suggestion of how to get hot water in the room or that there may be a refund on part of the room cost. I used the parts of the ice bucket to heat water in the microwave for a washcloth bath, and I could not do it in the sink since the drain in the bathroom sink would not seal. I am not blaming the management for nature and things breaking down but I paid for two rooms that had everything working, especially hot water. I will be looking for anyplace other than this hotel in Minneapolis in the future.

Staff very helpful. Stayed night before our flight. 1/2 hour before shuttle left for airport suitcase zipper broke. Front desk gentleman gave us packing tape to tape suitcase shut and we headed to autport on time. Very clean and comfortable. Shuttle service great. Have stayed there many times when we travel.

Check in staff was great! Appreciated the attached (outback steakhouse) restaurant for dinner. Chose this location for shuttle and extended parking. Shuttle was over capacity in the a.m. and could have affected our flight, but they found another driver. The front desk communication about this was extremely confusing to guests who did not make it on the first shuttle and waited for the next. Appreciate the service, though and the ride back was extremely smooth-no issues, great communication with driver and app.

The room was clean and orderly. Checkin and checkout were both easy and quick. I did have trouble talking to someone to ensure a late checkin. The hotel is maintained but is showing signs of age. I would stay there again but only if the cost was correct for a value hotel.

There is no hot water for hours and hours. We have to leave somewhere and my baby and wife was with me we are unable to do anything. I called many times at reception she just replied she can't do anything and just wait. Unprofessional people with terribale services. Because of that i checked out early
