Extremely comfortable bed, very quiet even though the hotel usually seems fairly full. Decent breakfast selection. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Seen better days

The hotel is in a good location - lots of food options in close driving distance. It's definitely seen better days though. Lots of cracks in the drywall, candy stuck in the fold out bed, and a tub that is dangerous to stand in because it was warped into a U shape. If you stood in the tub with your feet side by side - you know, like to stand in the shower - one foot was 2 inches higher than the other. It was like showering on a balance beam except with wet, soapy conditions and no bar to hold onto. I don't have mobility issues but almost fell a couple of times. Even with the warping, the bathtub was stained and peeling from water sitting in it. The towels were brown and stained. Great hot tub though.

The guy at the counter could not have cared less

I come in with my reservation. He says I don't have one. I show him my reservation from hotels.com. he says I don't have one. I contact support hotels.com says I have one. Hotels.com contacts them. He tells them I don't have one. They say I do. Back and forth battle. Hotels.com did a good job and got me another room elsewhere.
