First room smelled heavily of smoke. Staff immediately found another room which was appreciated. Second room had draft in window causing the sound of wind Checked to see if was closed, window lock broken. Bathtub was nice however water was lukewarm and had two shampoos, no conditioner. Heater slow to heat up and was blowing cold air but did warm up. Battery low on thermostat. Could hear creaking and cabinet was noisy walking across floor. Staff was nice hotel was ok.

Ice everywhere out front. Room had black hairs all over in bathroom. Bed had some kind of pink stain under sheet so who knows what that was!! Was I blood they tried bleaching out!?!?

Here are the issues I encountered during my stay: - The room was very dusty and had not been cleaned properly. - The towels provided were dirty and seemed not to have been washed. - The hot water took a long time to arrive in the sink, which was very unpleasant. - The hot tub was out of order, which was a great disappointment. - The curtains did not cover the windows sufficiently, letting in light from outside even at night. - The heating system is not working well, which particularly problematic in this winter

I used to love this place. It looks beautiful from the outside. They’ve recently remodeled. I was on the second floor and could hear somebody above me walking around all night and all morning you can hear full conversations from the hallways. I was not told that the hot tub was broken and would not be back up for a long time when I checked in, that is the only reason we went to a hotel, I feel like I’ve wasted my money. The beds are very uncomfortable now. There was dog hair all over my shower. So safe to say I couldn’t take a shower while I was there I’m allergic to dog hair and I wasn’t going to take any chances. This was my favorite spot to stay when I came to visit family I will not be staying again and I’m so sad.

Shower was stained and dirty . The room smelled terrible we immediately had to go to the store upon arrival to get air freshener . The bed was uncomfortable very flat pillows and underneath the sheets was a dirty mattress . The curtains were filthy and had bugs on them . The people next to us had a dog that whined the whole two days we were there it was extremely loud everyone could hear it . The walls are very thin we can hear everything next door and outside the room. You can hear the person using the bathroom . I do not recommend . Especially for this price
