It was a roof, at least.

Cleanliness was a huge issue to us, thankfully we could make it mostly so we were only there to sleep. The room was dingy, it had an odd smell to it. When you get past that and go into the main room, the curtains were dirty / torn and missing the pull rods to close them (but finctional). The lamp shade was torn (again, functional). Go to the bathroom and find a gross adult sized hand print to the right of the mirror, the light switches were dirty, there was NO hand soap, and when we took a shower (only time) the tub was clogged and filled with old hair from previous stays. At night you go to lock the door and find the extra lock is broken right off the door. And then the morning youll find the front desk staff is too lazy to activate your cards for your entire stay - we had to go every day to reactivate the cards to the room and hotel. Never had that issue before. They share a building with green mill which BUMPS music for some Saturday night event that you can hear in room 118. The obly reason i gave 2 star instead of 1 is the breakfast is as expected and the pool and hot tub was large and clean. The room itelf for the pool is not that warm but the kids were fine with it.

Looks like the property has been given a recent facelift. Plumbing appears to be on verge to be catastrophic. We had 3 rooms for 5 d/n; rooms received no attention from cleaning staff. We had to ask for fresh towels. My drains were dead slow. Other rooms fixtures were loose and unable to shut off completely. Apparently they are in transition stage? Breakfast was nice with good selection and hot food. Good price and it did serve our needs for our visit.

This place was dirty. Stained yellow sheets. Dirty bathroom. Windows didn’t lock. Curtain rods falling out of the wall. Big holes in the carpet that looked like they’d been bleached as something was terribly stained there. Do not at all recommend this. There are far better options in the area for the same price or a few dollars more.

Horrible service

It started off as a nice stay until 11pm. My kids ages 7 and 3 were sleeping and me and my husband were quietly talking and tbe room next to us was pounding on the walls at least 4 times. Then we fot a call from the front desk saying we needed to be quiet. We were even playing music and the tv volumn was at 10. When we got the call from front desk he was vwry rude said we had a complaint and i asked him how when kids r sleeping amd we r just talkng then he hung up on me. I went down to thw front desk to ask why he hung up on me and he said the phones on our end of the hotel didnt work but then told me the room next to ours called the front desk for the complaint. Very rude staff. The guy who checkwd me in was very nice. Overnight guy was mean

My room was clean, the breakfast was great! I stayed 2 nights but did not use any amenities (pool, hot tub or exercise room) the pool area looked very clean and kids were enjoying it! I would definitely stay there again.

First and last time staying at this property, I waited in line over 30 minutes for check in being that there was only one person at the desk(he did a great job during an whelming time). Once we got to the room it was cold the heat did not work, we did not have a working tv or refrigerator, and my son got locked in the bathroom for about 8 minutes being that the door was broken, the room could have been cleaned better as well. I went to the front desk to change rooms and the guy at the desk kindly gave my family another room which was bigger and the amenities worked but the room could have been more cleaned(dirty toilet and floor). The hotel was far from quite, teenagers ran the hallways from check in until about 2:30am.
