I had reserve and pre paid for 2 rooms with a king and pull out couch and if possible on the first floor and to be near each other . Upon checking in , showed the front desk my booking from Expedia for the rooms . Check in went good. Got to our rooms and the king did not have a pull out couch only a chair !! Went back to front desk and asked about it . The front desk person said I never held a room with a king bed with a couch. Even though it shows on my receipt . Then the guy said that the computer changed it . And there was really nothing he could do. He could move us upstairs to another king with a chair. Why would we do that. Not satisfied with how they didn’t have rooms that were paid for and gave us something smaller .

The front desk lady with beautiful nail was great and helpful.No towels in room then the kids above me kept me up until 3am running and jumping around. no heat in my room. I was glad the front desk lady was back i told her and she gave me 30.00 off my room..THE pool and got tub was big and great

The front desk woman that checked us in said very little, was not informative and nor was she friendly. We had to call down several times for clean towels. The last night of our stay, I had to call down to the front desk several times after 11pm as the room next door was excessively loud playing music, yelling and slamming doors until at least 1:30 am.
