Most of the front desk staff were either rude or unhelpful. Plus most of the amenities such as the gym, room fridge, and pool were either damaged or unusable. There was wear and tear on the inside of the hotel building In numerous places.

Hot tub and pool were closed. The exercise room was sad, with lights that didn’t work, no weights, and the only exercise machine that wasn’t a treadmill was mostly broken. Staff appeared to not want to be there. I received a text inquiry as to how my stay was going and gave a poor rating, but nobody ever followed up.

Not the best hotel

My last morning there, housekeeping tried to get in my room 2 times without knocking. First at 8:18am and then at 10:30am, with a check out time of noon this seems a bit ridiculous even if she had knocked first. The third time 11am she knocked first and I was able to tell her I would be there till check out, she rolled her eyes and walked away. The only positives; the front desk staff were all super friendly and accommodating and the price and location were what I needed.

The pool was closed which was what my kids were looking forward to. The front desk staff were laughing at us and the toilet in our room was running and wouldn’t flush. They did get us a new room which I appreciated.

I selected this property because it had an adjacent restaurant. The restaurant was closed for renovations (which the staff apparently didn’t even know) and there was no other dining close by. The small on-property convenience store only had a few items and they were old and stale. Carpets were stained and everything just felt tired, including the staff.

Filthy broken down rooms stay away

Checked in went to bed woke up no heat 1st room. They gave me a second room went up open the door 50 degrees heater is broken, room 3 open the door room has heat and then i heard a chirp. Battery needed so I went back down and they gave me room #4 all was good until I went to shower and the walk in started flooding, so I lifted the piece of metal and the drain was blocked with black hair and you could tell it was never cleaned because there was other stuff sticking along with mold. I went down and asked for a full refund and got the heck out of this filthy hotel. Never again will I stay at this hotel chain
