We had to move rooms at midnight that included my two children because the A/C wasn’t work and it was 80 degrees in there. We waited for maintenance that never came. Then our keys kept not working for the new room and house keeping tried to come in because they said that the system shows know one is staying in our room. The staff at the front desk were nice but too many issues to want to stay there again.

ihop is right next to the hotel and open 24/7, great for a midnight snack! the room and bathroom were clean, the staff was friendly, and the pools and hot tubs were spacious!

Gets the job done

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was very good. Floors were a little sticky in places, but considering that the hotel cost significantly less than other hotels by the Mall of America, it worked well enough for our needs.

The room we stayed in the carpet was stained, the ceiling had clear water damage and the walls had been poorly patched from water damage with some of the patchwork coming off.

I really enjoyed my stay ! At check in - Pierre was so friendly ! And the shuttle driver Chandler was very nice as well ! I can’t remember the young mans name at check out but he was super friendly as well. Pretty much the whole staff was amazing expect out shuttle driver to the airport. We were saying thanks as we excited and he didn’t respond to my daughter and said a very dry “yeah” to my son. We loved being able to walk to the mall !

They are located in a very convenient area of the Mall of America. The lobby is nice, has washer/dryer and Ice convenience which was great, but the pools seemed dirty (greenish) and it didn’t look sanitary.

The clerks at the front desk were very friendly. The cookies upon greeting were wonderful. The hotel is right next to mall of America and has a nice walking path to get there. Great location and very good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
