Do Not Book.

Where to begin. They dont have a elevator that works properly. The fitness center is closed and was told it will be be reopened. Do not get into the pool unless you want a chemical burn from all the chemicals in the pool. Do not expect a continental breakfast. Doors dont lock properly. Beds are harder than the floor. Bring your own Toilet paper becase once you use the little roll they give you, you cant get another, had to go across the street to buy some. If you stay multiple days like we did you have to go get your keys remade everyday because they only have the room keys good till noon before they unactivated them. This happened every day for 3 days. We had a wheelchair user with us and they couldnt get to their room because the elevator would not work. They wouldn't give a refund so we could go somewhere else they said we just have to go to the 3rd floor and have someone go to the 2nd floor to push the button on the 2nd floor outside the door to get to the second floor. It would be great if the front desk clerk would get off their international phone call and help the guest rather than sit there talking with your friends on the phone and try to check a guest in at the same time. Always wear shoes the carpets and floors are sticky and stained with god knows what.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was the breakfast was not refilled often and had to wait or ask for about everything. To be fair, it was snowcross and the hotel was fully booked so I’m sure they were busy, but not prepared.
