The hosts were very friendly and eager to serve. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was below average. The room was clean and comfortable. The door between the bed and living areas needed repairs and didn’t close easily due to the bed placement. It was okay!!

The bathroom was disgusting. The shower head had so much calcium and lime that i couldnt even get my hair rinsed. The shower rod had fallen down and it was put back up but the sheetrock from the hole was falling all over. Will never stay there again and i will be letting all my colleagues know as well. There was also rodents and pest control baits throughout room. Id like to requst my money back

The hotel was very clean; however, they only had one housekeeper on staff and our beds were made up only one time during our 7 days stay. However, Shakopee is a good area to stay and close to Paisley Park in Chanhassen, MN and close to downtown Minneapolis, MN. The 2 gentlemen working the desk was awesome. The breakfast was okay, and the free parking was nice.

The location was great! Close to the hwy to access everything. There was restaurants, gas stations and shopping near by. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was as you would expect, waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereal, coffee and juice. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed at this place countless time. I’m not sure if there is different management but it always smells and looks clean. People behind the desk are quick and friendly. I will continue to stay here, and recommend if your needing a place to stay in Shakopee.

At first my husband couldn't find any parking. The hallway carpet to our room smell moldy. Our room carpets looks like dog pee spots. The hotel policy charge $30.00 fee for dog and those fees for cleaning dog pees. The bathroom shower top is moldy. One of the clothing wood hanging is broken in half and the coffee in room bottom is stain yellow and not clean. The bed sheet have some stains and the bed is little hard tk sleep on. Definitely me and my husband never stay again.

When the hear was turned on the smoke detectors went off. Room was at 60 degrees when we arrived. Had to sleep in sweat shirts and pants. Fridge made horrible noises and had to be unplugged
