The hotel was near the airport and included a free shuttle every half-hour. Breakfast was not included in the price, but there was a nice restaurant in the hotel which served an early breakfast, plus a small Starbucks inside.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff. Upon check-in she asked if we had a car. When I told her no; she then asked if we needed a shuttle. The bartender happily gave me change so I could tip the maid. And he even tried a card trick. In the morning Lyft ride was called. Great customer service!

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Access to the hotel was a bit confusing from a utility roadway serving only three hotel properties placed right next to an on-ramp to an interstate highway.

The front staff desk and bar staff in the evening was great. The hostess at Jake's on Sat & Sun left something to be desired. The chef making omelets and pancakes was as rude as could be. Opted for stay with breakfast -will not do that again at this location No body wash. Never received new towels after 2nd day as we were told housekeeping would be by
