The hotel was nice enough. The staff was excellent. My main complaint is paying for parking. The hotel has a huge parking lot, many years old yet they charge you to park there on top of the cost of the room. If they offered security I could understand but nothing special. We went to WalMart around the corner, We didnt feel safe. Homeless laying all around, beggars. We did Mall of America and went to the town of Edina for a meal. The hotel is convenient for that.

Very convenient shuttles to Mall of America and airport. Make sure to set aside about 10-15 mins to getting to the airport dmfrom the hotel, especially if your flight is out of Terminal 2.

The rooms where spacious and very clean, was nice to have a shuttle to Mall Of America. The shuttle vans had alot of wear and tear andone had broken tie rods you vould tell tnat it was broken. Resturant was undesirabley 1/2 pound burger was 2 pattie and over cooks and was not open on 4th July

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle came right on time for 5am pick up and got us to the airport in a timely manner. The only down fall is there isn't a hot tub, only a pool.

We had two adjoining rooms with our son and 2 granddaughters. 1. The first night there was no cook. No dinner at the restaurant. Ordered pizza. 2. Breast fast was buffet only, $18 plus tax each. Didn’t know $10 for kids. 3. Second night, restaurant was not open. Nobody informed us there was a full menu at the bar. So, my son and husband brought leftover pizza from room fridge down to mini mart to heat up that in a small microwave. NO MICROWAVE IN ROOMS. It was a real struggle for 5 of us for over 2 days. We purchased these rooms thinking we could get food at this restaurant. We spent a great deal of $ at the little mini mart. A candy bar was $5. It really did affect our stay. Hence the 2 star rating. We were told “not busy enough to open the restaurant. Ugh
