I did not receive the room I had reserved so that is very disappointing. The bathroom in the room I was in was in poor condition. The toilet was loose and the hot water on the faucet barely drizzled out. The service was very good, however.

No one at the front when we were waiting to check in, couch was kinda dirty, bathtub was so plugged and wouldn’t drain, tried to call the lobby to snake it, phone didn’t work so called on our cells and no one answered. AC barely worked, room was so warm the whole time. Then on the final day there was no hot water. I definitely will not stay here again.

Great location near the U.S Bank center for concerts. Staff was great other than the evening female check in clerk as she was not welcoming. Not so great ting was that there is no prior mention that they hotel will charge you 30 USD dollars to park your car in their lot for each day you stay.

The night desk attendant was extremely helpful when I needed an item from a store, especially since it was after regular store hours. The front desk attendant was very helpful in providing directions to both other restaurants and the Target store. The only negative is when the host in the hotel's restaurant didn't go over the breakfast menu to indicate the other food items that a person could be included free of charge when ordering their breakfast menu.

A great place to stay for what you pay.

Worst part was that a maintenance man, unlocked our door and tried to enter our room while we were still in the room. Like wth, we rented the room for 3 nights. The mattress was unlevel so we had to reposition how we slept. Feet towards headboard and head to the lower part of the bed. No hot water on sink faucet. Shampoo and conditioner ran out the first night. List can go on but I guess you get what you paid for.

Our party of 5 booked this hotel and booked a double bed room with a sofa bed (including 2 double beds with a sofa bed) when we arrived to check in we had to wait over a hour for our room when we were told that we had been downgraded due to the hotel providing a first come first serve basis on these rooms which was never mentioned online so one member of my room had to sleep on the floor. This was a trip from hell would not recommend at all.

Parking is an issue in this area. I had booked months in advance but when I arrived to check in, I was told my room was not available due to the system overbooking rooms. I reserved a double suite and was told that I could have a single or nothing. How does this happen? I reserved a suite to accommodate my group…I needed a suite, not a single.

The air conditioning was broke in the whole hotel, no screens on the window so you couldn’t keep them open. Toilet broke so had to move rooms. A number of guests complained. The staff was kind and did their best

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep then this is okay. Dont expect any type of room service such as new bath towels, room cleaning, garbage disposal, etc. staff at the front desk lobby are not very friendly and most of the time ride. Parking is very limited although cheaper than other hotel in downtown.

Our room wasn't ready and there was a long line. We got into the room about an hour after checkin. We were getting ready for the concert in the libby, curling hair, etc. We did not have bedding. We asked at midnight when we returned to room and were told that there was no bedding available. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but the hotel does not have enough bedding or staff to turn the rooms over by promised check in time. Resulted in stressful situation for their staff with long lines of upset customers.
