The staff, facilities and options on the property were all fantastic. There was a lot of information to take in when we first arrived but they made it really easy to understand while we checked in. At breakfast each day, the dining areas were clean and the food was fresh. The facilities themselves are excellent. They've obviously updated the property recently as everything from the arches in the entryway to the appliances in the rooms were in great shape and well thought out. I'll definitely stay here again in future trips.

The room, staff along with the amenities were great. I know you allow animals at the hotel, yet when they are pulling on their leashes, barking/yelping at people in your lobby it is not a welcoming experience. You may want to consider a sign on age limit on the hot tub, we had babies, toddlers and preteen playing like it was the warm children's pool. Please, consider posting a sign that animals are not allowed in the pool and hot tub area, as a guest this was disgusting.

Staff provided a shower chair with back rest. Came to throw out a poopy diaper. Worked the pool lift. Excellent food. Then the highest service, i left important medicine in the room refrigerator, staff moved it to employee frig so i could return the next day to pick it up. Amazing
