This hotel property was beautiful. It was so clean! The room, bathroom, suite area, lobby, halls, dining space were all clean & well maintained! I have never been in a hotel or hotel room that smelled so good as this hotel!

We ate the restaurant in the hotel, niece got food poisoning. When notified front desk and restaurant, was told food prepped 4-5 days in advance. They lied in regards to contacting Dept of Health on Saturday night at 6pm. Gave every excuse in the book but denied. I would never stay at this hotel nor eat in the restaurant.

Horrible Stay

Housekeeping ONLY made my bed when i requested to have my room cleaned, refrigerator wasn’t properly working as i'am a breastfeeding mom. Maintenance came to do something to it but still didn’t work. Room smelt like mildew or mold. let out couch mattress my kids could feel the springs in the mattress. Overall stay was very horrible and doesn’t recommend coming back after i’ve been coming to this hotel multiple times i was very Unsatisfied with my stay. coming 500 miles and not being comfortable is very no for me!

I did not like the unexpected charge of $12 per day parking for a hotel that has a regular parking lot, not covered, not secure, not downtown, just a charge to make money and not in the Travelocity listing price.

Me and my family stayed for Easter weekend. Easy check in and out, breakfast was amazing, pool hours perfect. Staff were very friendly. Only thing I wish they had they would clean the shower heads a bit more and would have seating outside for people who want to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Overall beautiful place to stay and we will be back there again.

Embassy suites is always a good go to when traveling with kids. Not to mention the great breakfast they have. Close to MOA. Rooms are big for kids to have room to move around.
