This place was dirty, the walls were scraped, my bathroom was dirty and the furniture was like 2 feet off the ground. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life! Rooms run down!

Spent the night after attending the Minnesota Scottish Fair and Highland Games. Didn't book the room until the Thursday before attending on Saturday. Wasn't able to check in until after 8:00pm, yet the front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was ready and clean. After about an hour after checking in, the Front Looby staff called to check with me as to how the room was and if I needed anything after getting in.

Filthy nasty

The Tv was low we couldn’t watch it became we couldn’t hear it. The room wasn’t clean. The tub looked nasty. The floor was dirty. We asked if they could clean it. The man told us that they don’t clean it unless you’ve been in there for 14 days.

This place smelled like marijuana was extremely dirty and had the rudest manager. When we got to our room we had to ask for someone to change the sheets because they were bloody! How do you miss that when cleaning. Floor wasn’t vacuumed we stepped on a staple. Was told we would receive a refund but have yet to see that!

The hotel overall has an awful smell, the bath towels don’t even look white , the tv stand was all broken , the bathroom door had a whole on it terrible.

Bug Infested rooms!

This hotel had bed bugs and then tried to blame us for them and we just moved into a new from a room that had roaches I even had to kill the damn thing and recorded it! When I reported this to staff the young lady at the desk was very rude and told me and my fiance to “go to their other hotel where they have more bugs” her words exactly! When I went to report the second room that we couldn’t sleep in that bed. The manager Rob lied and said that the rooms were clean and weren’t even vacuumed. They got upset and unprofessional when I asked to be moved to another room because we didn’t have money to even pay for another hotel We have footage of everything. They kicked us out the hotel and refunded our money. This on was Feb 5. Still waiting on refund. Don’t book at this location if you’re looking for something cheap! They treat people the same way this hotel looks like!
