We’ve stayed there multiple times while visiting family in the area. The condition of the hotel and rooms has gone down hill. No glasses for beverages in the room, dishwasher not unloaded, no smoke detector in bedroom, smelt like ‘weed’ was being smoked on the floor. Staff was great. Management and overall needs improvement.

The AC couldn't keep the room cool. The ceilings have water stains and unpainted patches. The toilet has mold under the lid. The hot tub has a cigarette burn spot. The bathtub had hair in it and wasn't clean. Spacious room but poorly laid out. You have to get off the toilet just to get TP to wipe

The location was great. The bed was comfortable, the foam mattress on the sleep sofa was very uncomfortable. The breakfast area leaves fruit and drinks out 24 hours. Breakfast was fine. Outdoor patio was nice.

Clean but lacking

The room was very clean. The suite had zero cooking utensils, although it had a kitchen. The staff was super apologetic and tried to get me some things. They just didnt have any......

The bathroom tub and floor had boot tracks on it. The toilet was broken. We didn’t notice the toilet until the morning and were leaving. It was operational, but water sprayed out of the tank. We reported everything to the front desk. I have stayed at this hotel many times, but it has been a few years. It felt like they needed to do an update.

This is an old hotel. We were a group of 9 rooms. TV’s did not work, tub and bathroom sink took forever to drain, breakfast was so-so, no dishes,silverware, pots and pans in kitchen and sofa bed was terrible. Bed was comfortable. No way this is a 3 or 4 star hotel. Not worth the price they are charging.

Horrible! Will never stay again! Beds dirty, pull out couch dirty and didn’t work Have to change rooms which was equally disgusting!!! Morning manager did NOT care about our experience!
