Great 4 kids but hard 4 handicap

The kids and my son a blast, I just being the room since I was tired. The line was too long for wave ride with the bogey boards. My grandkids didn’t get a chance to do it because it popular and the staff that ran it gave others such a long time limit and it was so busy no one could get a chance to do it that was very disappointing . The parking lot was packed and it was hard to find a parking spot for those who are physically challenged to get to the door. We had to park far away. Once I got to the door I had to request a wheelchair due to my legs were about to give out once I got to register desk.

We booked 3 night stay with our 7 year old who was very excited about the water park. We left less than 24 hours later it was so gross and disgusting. There wasn’t a clean surface in the room or in facilities. And to make matters worst my son contacted staph infection from the water park that resulted in great pain and round of antibiotics to clear up! Stay away for your family’s safety!

I truly enjoy our stay, I got a notice on my door saying we can spend another night for reduced rate of $89, ended up having to pay $161. Thats the only thing I didn’t like. I couldn’t back out, my kids were already excited about staying another night

i had a terrible experience with receiving my incidental back ($100). mind you, we cleaned our room, put the dirty towels in one pile, wiped out the shower. made it very easy for the housekeeping, anyways.. 2 weeks later and i still have not received my incidental, i had made numerous calls to the hotel about it. they never called me back, (they said they would). going on 3 weeks and i gave them another call, i was put on hold for 15 minutes and the lady said they have refunded my $100 back that day.. okay, so i waited until the following week, i see a deposit of $65 from the hotel. so effing annoying. also.. the walls are VERY thin, you can hear kids running up and down the hallways. the lockers in the waterpark area do not work, me and my family had to wait an hour and a half for the supervisor to finally come and help us, but there were also two other families that needed the same help. i DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Frustrating that the slides were not in order for our stay. Appreciated the arcade cards, but hoped the slides would be running before we departed. Elevator wait was too long, at times. Out of items we wanted to order at the pizza restaurant and the Dunkin Donuts. Staff was ample and courteous!

I loved that the property was 5 mins from Mall of America which was grea and Every night they had a 30 minute party session for all kids! Not sure I would recommend this place as a family I was with room was infested with bed bugs! The hotel showed no empathy or sympathy towards them! No refund was provided as well as no accommodations for them! There was also another family in the hotel complaining of the same infest of bed bugs in their room! The hotel seems to have a infestation and has not treated it properly as multiple rooms compalined.
