This hotel is built well and managed wonderfully. The staff are very friendly at the front desk, valet, and breakfast. They are quick and professional at all levels. Breakfast items were kept stocked and they had a good variety. The valet service is so nice! No worrying about parking and they are very careful with you vehicle.

The breakfast is very good and the staff is excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially, the reception desk and the valets. The first 2 nights of our stay we got little sleep as the radiator would bang away every hour when it restarted. We tried several things to quiet it ourselves and finally talked to the front desk. The front desk staff was excellent in getting maintenance to come up and fix it, which he did. But, not being able to sleep in your paid room is maddening. The room and bed were very good and room was quiet from outside noise. We’ve stayed here before and knew to request a room not on 7th, as those are very noisy on nights the Wild has games, along with 7th Street traffic. Our biggest complaint, along with losing 2 night’s good sleep, is the cost of valet parking, which is not optional. There is no self-park option, unless you find parking in one of the neighborhoods which is difficult as hotel is in downtown.

Staff is always amazing and friendly. We checked in quickly with no issues. Room was clean and spacious. We always stay here when we come to town for a hockey game. It’s conveniently close to the Grand Casino Arena. (Literally walk across the street.) Check out was easy and quick and the valet is efficient and friendly too. Would recommend them to anyone going to an event at the Arena or needing to stay in that area of SP.
