The studio apartment is central located in the heart of the Wedge neighborhood. Four houses away from public transportation. Close to all the favorite coffee houses, UP and Down (arcade), variety of restaurants and bars, two blocks from a newly built Aldi grocery store.
The inner city lakes are just a short walk to the west. The space is on 3rd floor it has both heat and A/C. Free parking on the street in front of the building. It is controlled with keyless entry locks.
