Room had food still in the fridge, Cheetos in the couch, hair on the bathroom floor. Wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom. Staff were rolling carts past the breakfast area and on the tiled floor it was so loud. We could hardly visit and it was very distracting. Could hear the interstate traffic.

Handicap Room small otherwise love the hotel!!!

424 is a handicap room. 409 is not. We ended up having our handicap mom stay in the NON handicap room of 409 because there is MUCH more room to get wheelchair in that room!!!!! Super weird that the room that can fit a wheelchair is NON handicap and the one that IS handicap can't fit one. Staff amazing - good breakfast - comfy rooms and clean!!!! Ice machines work and laundry facilities nice!

Staff were great at arrival. Excited to see you and helpful with a couple needs we had. Rooms and hallways were clean. It was convenient for staying and getting to the park and ride for Ren Fest.

Was not the room I reserved and they would not change it. They were not apologetic. Mentioned several times that I had booked with a third party(hotels.com) and did not seem happy about that. They didn’t ID me when I checked in and are the only hotel I remember not ID ing me ( I’ve stayed 30 nights in hotels this year as I do every year) Huge safety concern!! I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times since mid summer but will not stay there again.
