First, the staff was excellent. They were always responsive and very courteous. I would even say very thoughtful. The breakfast bar was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. The only negative is that the facility could use a little refurbishing. Hallway carpets were showing their age and a few of the walls around the elevator could have used a fresh coat of paint. Mind you it is not extremely bad, just a bit noticeable. One big plus for me is the strength of the walls to subdue noise, and I found that to be good here (ie I was able to get a good, quiet night's sleep)

Overall the room was clean. The only concern I have is some of the carpet squares were no longer firmly adhered. There were some corners curled up and one square could be picked up easily. This could present a tripping hazard. The room was 211.
