It said hotel shuttle but I wanted to talk to the front desk to make sure. The guy said all I had to do was call back when I was ready. I tried calling back at least five times and every time I called he said I have to hold and he didn’t listen to me when I tried to get him to talk to me. We ended up having to take another motor transportation to get to the hotel. I went and picked up my car which I wasn’t gonna do till the next morning and then they charged me $15 to park it in their parking lot. Not a great place to be walking around at 10 o’clock at night by yourself. So I had to pay for a ride from the airport because I knew that the way things were going it was gonna take forever for them to end up picking us up not my idea of fun after traveling for 20 hours.

The location was good, hotel was in pretty good condition but could use some deep cleaning in the bathrooms. The location is very noisy - not even from the airport but the highway. The fan in our bathroom was also incredibly loud and we couldn’t turn it off.

Loved the room size & breakfast options. Only opportunities the lot of tiny, with glass b & trash in it. For it being a charge to park there I would expect better parking experience
