I booked the room for a park and fly with a 3rd party, after I checked in and paid I found out I only had the room, and no parking, and that parking was full and I couldn’t add it on. I ended up finding another park and fly hotel, but was told from this property I could not get a refund as I had already checked in and paid. Most expensive 10 minute stay ever!

The hotel and room were very nice and the bed comfortable. Also very friendly staff including the shuttle driver. We arrived late and left too early to enjoy breakfast but we were able to grab a fresh cup of coffee before returning to the airport at 4:30am via the hotel shuttle.
