The staff support was lacking. I frequently book hotels near the airport and chose this one based off it's price, location, the fact it had an early morning shuttle to the airport, and had onsite parking. After my experience I will never be stay there again. You are not allowed to just show up for your reservation and book parking as you are at all the others in the area. I even called two weeks in advance to double check shuttle times and parking price and it was never once mentioned that the only way to park and leave the car there while traveling is to book the hotel and parking together on a separate website- not Expedia and not the Holiday Inn's own website. The front desk staff was robotic and would not assist in parking nor giving me a refund so I could go elsewhere. They told me to call a lot down the road to park at and that that lot would shuttle me back to the hotel. I begrudgingly did and after spending an additional $120 on parking at that lot, they did NOT have a shuttle back. I had to pay an employee off the parking lot $10 to take me back a mile to the hotel. This whole experience was ridiculous and I will not be returning.

Very disappointed with the hotel management. We booked a room using Expedia and got an error code and was told to retry on the app, that I did. Upon arrival she made me aware the first attempt that said in my end failed did in fact go through and I had now booked a total of 4 rooms whe needing 2. After a little panic at the desk as I’m a single mom travelling with another single mom and our two sons I contacted Expedia who was amazing for help but ended with they had to have the hotel confirm the reimbursement as it was a mistake and the two rooms were not used, slept in or even checked into. Today after a rough day of travel I come to see the hotel refused the reimbursement for two rooms that were literally not even checked into and was a complete mistake ( we’re all human and mistakes are real) never have I been so disheartened by a situation, I understand the policy but I also understand it was a complete mistake and am appalled at the hotel’s response .
