Everything was great, but the pool door leading outside obviously wasn’t sealed correctly, and it was middle of winter so the pool was freezing. We could only stay in the pool for 30 minutes at most

The front desk was awesome, the room great, the only oddness was the parking. I tried twice to register the car from the qr code, no clue if it worked or not. I dont know why you cant just pay at the desk.
