It happened to be a handicap room. Maybe they think guests won't c it. I expected better from Hyatt. The person who said about the microwave was one at the front desk. It seemed like she was a manager. Paying for parking in a suburban area is ridiculous , especially 17 50 a night.

Hotel lobby near freezing. Managers don’t know how to configure automatic doors so both open up at minus 10 f. They should manage properties in upper Midwest. Also pay parking at this location is not worth it.

They offer a free shuttle but charge you $15 per night for parking. I estimate that I am paying at least $30 more per night for my room than someone who is using the shuttle. This is just a hidden fee to get more money. The parking lot is already there. The shuttle costs them a ton of money for the driver, the van, insurance, airport access etc. Not only did they charge the $15 per night but I had to scan a code and do all the work myself to pay the fee and then they charge a $1 technology fee on top of the $15 so it is really $16 per night plus tax. What a rip off!
