If you’re looking for a budget, Motel in Roseville, this is probably the best one as long as you don’t have a pet. Staff was very friendly worked with us to find the right room. They’re doing renovations right now so it’s a little crazy so I won’t mark them down at all for that because to me it shows that they’re willing to put effort into the property if you’re on a budget You can’t really beat it close to a Walmart close to shopping close to the freeway right in between Minneapolis and St. Paul, no real complaint.

DON’T STAY HERE!

This place is completely run down. The elevator buttons were so worn they were all white with no numbers. The bathtub was a chipped mess. The walls had been patched and not painted. The headband had a chunk taken out of it. The mattress was very old and creaked. There was one bath towel and one hand towel only. The “included” breakfast was: white bread to toast, Hostess mini donuts (set of 3) or oatmeal packets. I tried the coffee and it came out as water from the spigot. I understand they are beginning to remodel so check before you go.

For continental breakfast, they didn't even have coffee. 10 tab wobbles like in the picture. Not enough outlets to even plug in the microwave. Had to put microwave in bathroom to plug it in .

I booked the weekend but left after one night because I woke up to find a USED CONDOM in the room near the window. I took a picture and sent it to the front desk and checked out a day early — still haven’t gotten word as to if I’d get that second night refunded.

I don't know where to start, but let me tell you this. The room I was given, had so much plumbing problems. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and the only sink would fill up with water. I had to request maintenance and the maintenance guy was trying to chop it up. Asking personal questions, like where was I going after my stay and if I'm married. And on top of those things, I had to wait almost two hours to get a room when I had a reservation. When people who didn't have a room got to go first. Also, the desk help. I swear the guy who was on pm shift was so over his job that I actually felt for him. Problem right after the other while I stayed waiting for my room. Then of course I had to bother him because my toilet was breaking. On my last day, the desk staff finally gave me a different room. OH! AND THE CIGARETTE HOLES IN THE BLANKETS! They really need to keep their bedding separated from the smoking rooms and the non smoking rooms. Plus, the view was literally trash. You look outside and your view was the trash cans to the building. So don't expect a pretty view when staying here. I'm honestly surprised I didn't see any roaches at this point.
