The staff were fine, it was the blood on nightstand, and bathroom walls that made this trip not enjoyable. The air did not work, and the place was dirty. The breakfast was 100% not the breakfast from the pictures

first impressions when we arrived was 5 police officers were in the lobby for a disturbance while trying to check in. Pretty cold as you enter and throughout hall way until you got to your room to turn on heat. Housekeeping were pretty loud first thing in the morning when cleaning neighboring rooms. Even a Housekeeper kept knocking on the door and asking when we are leaving... think that should come from front desk instead of having to wak up and tell them. Ice machine was broken on first floor and had to ask housekeeping, which pointed to me to go to second floor. beds were clean, but carpet throughout romm and hall ways need a major update. some of the carpet from to the lobby to the room had big stains and starting scrunch up. room had suddle smell of pee, but might be due to it being so old.

They insisted I pay them even though I had paid during booking and I showed them my receipt from Expedia. The place is run down, in disrepair and there are often altercations with staff and guests or between guests. It was NOT a surprise to arrive and see 3 squad cars in front and officers in the lobby. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else. Expedia AND Wyndham should distance themselves from this hotel.

Room was literally falling apart. Sink was falling out of the counter. Ceiling was bubbling ona cracked. Bathroom door had something red on the handle…. Didn’t dare even touch that door. The entire room was run down and nasty!

The staff was courteous. The room was okay. There is no elevator so had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Had to wait till 3pm for check in or pay $50 for early check in as I arrived at 11am. They said there was an airport shuttle..however it started at 4am. Did not know that before so had to take a taxi instead as I had to be on the airport for 3am.

Do not stay here. This has got to be the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We almost left and drove home after check-in. The carpet was stained and tattered, there was mold and water damage to the ceiling tiles, there were towels in the hallway with feces on them, the sheets and pillowcases had stain stains on them (blood?), the toilet seat was literally duct tape taped together, the towel rack was falling off the wall, and to top it off the door to the hotel is broken and left open (in a not so good area of town). The front desk lady barely acknowledged us when we got there and she was completely barefoot. I can’t believe “La Quinta” owns a hotel in such condition.

Busy area. Not a very clean room. But it was 1/2 the price of anything else in the city and for that level of expectation, it was fine. Just slept here and left. Bathroom too icky to use except for toilet.

I couldn’t be more disappointed in this property. It was absolutely filthy. The lobby was dirty and filled with it appeared many homeless people. It does appear that this is not so much of a hotel as a stop for folks that don’t have homes.(they can only stay for two weeks at a time and then they have to check out) The staff at the desk were rude indifferent and impatient. There was constant noise with people coming in from the bars. The property did not appear safe and I was very uncomfortable thinking about having to get up so early in the morning in the dark. When I left, I was going to request the desk clerk at at least watch me from the door to make sure I made it to my car and I couldn’t find him.!!!! I stayed at mini La Quinta’s and they were very satisfactory. I won’t even give them one star
