Worst hotel experience I have had outside of a thirdworld country.
Front desk staff was incredibly rude and condescending during all interactions.
The entire hotel reeks of cigarette and pot smoke.
Hallways are poorly lit and dingy.
Room was disgusting; gross stains EVERYWHERE, cigarette burns on all surfaces including the wall next to the toilet. Deadbolt did not lock, the gap between the doorjam and the door was so wide you could see into the hallway with the door closed. Could hear people talking and yelling until late at night. The cigarette smoke was so bad I woke up both mornings with a sore throat.
The included breakfast was cereal and coffee.
The only good thing was the airport shuttle drivers. They were both great. Unfortunately you have to deal with the horrible front desk staff to arrange the shuttles.
The entire experience was like living a scene from a horror movie complete with drugged zombies and yelling crazy people.
While waiting for the shuttle the front desk staff was fielding calls from people who had not received their deposit back after staying in the beginning of April. I know because they were on speaker phone!
I really cannot stress enough how horrid this hotel is.
