We had stayed in Aug of 2025 and at that time the elevator was having issues. You move to a floor and it drops.. to the point my knees buckled and I almost fell down. We came back because this hotel is close to our son when we visit. If the elevator wasnt fixed because we did notify tthe front desk..as did others and i said something on here. We figured we would ask to be on the bottom floor. My husband is handicapped and cant use stairs. We asked the front desk about the elevator and they said its not fixed, its old and will probably remain in that condition. So we got a room on the main floor. If you enter through the side door from outside you need to use a room key to get in. Not here the lock was busted off and the door didnt even latch. Our room had pieces of ceiling peeling off. What looked light a major water leak, 1 or 2 mold spots or something nasty on the ceiling and they had a dehumidifier running in the room. The front desk lady didnt care, didnt care to change our room or tell us why we had a dehumidifier in there. Just advised us not to shut it off.

Disappointing. In general the hotel is run down. The hallways carpets are dirty. They only give bedroom service on day 3. Had to get towels from the front desk. The bed had metal straps hanging beyond the bed frame. When I complained, they said all the beds were like that. I hit my ankle on it. One night never slept due to the noise…raunchy stuff!

The breakfast sausage was cold and half the parking lot lights weren’t on so it was VERY dark when we arrived but other than that the staff was friendly, The room was clean and the price was reasonable.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Room needed to be fixed. Shower head was so loose thiught it was going to fall off, water pressure is nothing, the toilet paper holder was broken and just laying on the shelf in bathroom, wall behind toilet when i took a towel to us the paint was peeling off (a spot the size of my hand) the curtain was torn and didnt close 100% but enough i felt okay. The white bedding had black spots on it... good thing i had my own blanket!
