They sent me an AI chat and said housekeeping any time i requested 5 days in a row nobody showed up and when they did they did a terrible job cleaning and were highly rude. The management was extremely disrespectful and rude and coyld never get in touch with her. She spread lies about my boyfriend and i that really upset and hurt our feelings

The front desk/receptionist was happy, the process was very quick, and she was aware of her surroundings. The lady who checked me in was fantastic. being at the front desk wasn’t her job but she was beyond happy to help me with checking in. We shared some laughs and she recommended a couple places to eat for a late dinner and we went to one of her suggested places and she was correct! Fantastic experience!
