Pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. This place is off the beaten path and was very quiet. The grounds were amazing, the hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is more dated than it should be for the area and Hyatt name. They should consider refreshing the rooms, furniture, paint, carpet, etc. Front desk staff is hit or miss, I had to fight for the free breakfast and club benefits that were included in my stay due to staff not knowing how to check in guests or what is included. The pool and gym areas are nice and clean. The bar lobby area is nice, the restaurant we thought existed never opened and food was just served in the lobby/bar open area. We skipped eating there due to this. Drinks at the bar are outrageously expensive and mediocre. I wouldn’t stay there for the bar/restaurant/room but the pool and location were nice.

Good weekend stay

This hotel was very accomodating for us, fast convenient check in and check out. Room, although being small was clean and comfortable, the only issue was that the thermostat stopped working but we were moved to another room right away. The bathroom and shower were great! Pool water could have been heated as i prefer a warm water pool..otherwise everything was good, will stay again.
