Small room, industrial decor, good blackout shades, memory foam mattress ok but nothing special, no closet or drawer space (pegs across one wall, good if living out of a backpack), impossible to shower without water all over bathroom floor. Excellent staff, funky lobby & bar area with fun things to do. Very close to light rail station & bus stop, as well as US Bank Stadium.

The hotel had a modern feel and was clean. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Attached parking structure was convenient but came with a $35/ night fee. Check in was rather late at 4:00 pm. Because we were in Minneapolis for a wedding that stat started at 4:30, we had to book 2 nights instead of one. Hotel computers were down upon arrival which caused another 1/2 hr delay checking in. These things happen. Staff was very apologetic and gave us 2 extra drink tickets for our inconvenience. The rooms are quite small with no refrigerator or coffee maker. Attention to security was noted.

Access for wheelchair was good. Not much to eat that wheelchair could get to. Check in is in the bar area - Noisy, other people could easily hear personal info being discussed with check in staff. Check in staff were not well trained on the computer system. Need better posting of how the "store" works and costs to buy simple drinks. Won't use again but won't say others might like the Moxy.

Bingo at check in was insanely loud. I read the property description about the unique lobby and was expecting the bar. I wasn’t expecting bingo numbers to be yelled in my ear so loud that I couldn’t hear the desk clerk talked to me.
