One room was excellent, 2nd room had several things not working including, phones, air conditioning and lights and was hot and stuffy. So I had to go back to lobby to get maintenance guy to fix. Other than that everyone was friendly and helpful.

Everything was good except the toilet was plugged when we got to our room. Maintenance came & fixed it once, but by morning it had clogged again. This was in one of the new rooms, which was lovely otherwise.

Room was so far away from casino and restaurants. The staff (Dawn) taking us to our room was crazy busy and insisted on taking our stuff to our room but we ended up waiting in the lobby for a long time waiting for her to take care of other people. We kept saying we'll just take it ourselves and she insisted she take it with us. It could have freed her up to take care of someone else but we appreciated her assistance.

Wasn't impressed with the front desk told clerk wanted room with a view... Wasn't impressed with the view was all rooftop with ac units on it went down to desk said I couldn't change my room after I checked in which was lame.. my thought was it was because I used an outside vender to book my room for $100 less then there price??? And the figured if ya don't like it there's the door.
